Designed for first home buyers, aiming to provide stable short-term investment returns. It invests in mostly income assets, but also includes some growth assets. The portfolio is actively managed and includes cash, fixed interest, Australasian equities and international equities, infrastructure. Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and sustainability considerations are integrated into portfolio decision making. The strategy invests 75% in the Aurora Conservative Fund and 25% in the Aurora Liquidity Fund.
